The RAS Practicum I course is designed as a five-day, hands-on instruction in the operation and management of recirculating aquaculture systems. Open to all individuals, it is designed for Beginner to Intermediate level participants. This course will be especially useful to those persons who have participated in RAS workshops previously; however, a prerequisite course is not required. Participants will employ their basic knowledge of biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and geometry to understand the principals involved in management and operation of RAS.
